Smoke Alley Radio Pilot!




I had the most fantastic evening at Smock Alley last night for the radio pilot with Sinead Moriarty and company! 

The audience were also fab, including Sue Leonard, Linda Bennet, Sandra Reid, Sarah Mulhall, Cassidy Murphy, Niamh Brennan, Yvonne Desmond, Theresa Schmuck, Cliona Ni Shuilleabhaine and Anne O'Leary!!!

What an amazing week, with such a fantastic launch, and then the news yesterday that RED RIBBONS has hit the bestseller list in it's first week.

The Making of a Best Seller - National Library of Ireland

Library Late
Spring 2011 Library Late programme features a season of interviews exploring Irish popular fiction. Over 3 evenings from February to April some of Ireland’s leading popular fiction writers will discuss their craft.

Admission to all events is free, but tickets must be booked in advance.

 

The Making of a Bestseller: Monday 28 February at 8pm

This first event in the series is a panel discussion chaired by broadcaster John Murray with author Monica McInerney, literary agent Faith O’Grady and Maria Dickenson of the Irish Booksellers Association.
