The Wild Heather is a blazing!
We went walking up the mountain yesterday morning, myself, hubby and our faithful dog Benson. The rain came bucketing down on our way back, but in the typical 'four seasons in one day' which we often have in Ireland, the sun was out for most of our adventure, and with it came the beautiful colours from the landscape,especially the heathers - Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteIt is beautiful and sometimes very harsh, like in the depth of winter Riggerscam - ferocious gales and tons of snow - but even then, I would not wish to live anywhere else. Does it inspire me? Probably, it certainly does my soul good:)
As someone who goes walking a lot, I love your walking trail, Louise. You saw my beach already, now I've seen your mountain - I'd say we're equal!
